The training plans are dynamic and evolve as you progress—responding to improvements in fitness, race timelines, life changes, and feedback from coaches. Every plan is thoughtfully structured to balance all aspects of triathlon training, providing a holistic approach to endurance racing.

Each plan includes:

  • Swim, Bike, and Run discipline training
  • Strength training for durability and performance
  • Nutrition coaching for energy, recovery, and endurance
  • Gear and race selection advice to maximize success
  • Injury prevention and rehabilitation protocols

Training is delivered primarily online, giving you flexibility to train on your schedule. But if you're based in Bengaluru, you’ll also benefit from in-person opportunities like group rides, open water swims, and run meetups.

We also offer specialized add-ons for:

  • Pool and open water swim coaching
  • Form checks and technique analysis for all three disciplines
  • Strength training (in-person and virtual)
  • Nutrition programs from certified coaches
