Our Weekend Group Training Sessions are the heartbeat of our community. Held in Bengaluru, these sessions bring together triathletes of all levels—beginners, intermediates, and advanced—for structured workouts across swim, bike, and run disciplines.

These sessions are more than just workouts. They're a chance to train with like-minded athletes, learn from coaches in real-time, and experience the energy of the group. Whether it’s a long ride on scenic roads, open water swim drills at dawn, or brick workouts that simulate race day conditions—you’ll benefit from shared momentum, expert form checks, and valuable race insights.
